Frogstand

Frogstand is a beginner skill that can be performed in two ways. Easier one can be achieved with bent arms, harder with elbows straight.

Elbow Lever

The key to learn this move is the right technique, hands position, elbows and core work. Watch a video to find out everything regarding the proper form.

Clap Push ups

This is your first step into explosive movements! Clap push ups is the very first dynamic skill that you are about to achieve!

L-hang

L-hang requires decent strength of your hip flexors as well as abdominal muscles. This can be achieved by strengthening exercises and progressions.

Pull Over

This skill is a combination of two basic movements: Bar leg raise and L-Front Lever pull ups. Performing at the right timing will let you get over the bar.

Headstand

Headstand is the very first step into a handstand game! Achieving this will let you achieve solid control of your core when being upside down.

Wall Handstand

Wall assisted handstand is the second step just after achieving Headstand skill. This will teach you how to kick out properly and then stand on your hands.
