I grew up with bad shoulders so I could never really use weights so I turned to calisthenics. By body reacted to calisthenics so much better than any weight routine I had done before. I lost over 25 lbs and am working on building my skills now.
It depends on your goals. If you want to change your body and learn basic calisthenics skills the Full Body Transformation program is what you need. The program consists of 20 different training levels starting from complete beginner to calisthenics master athlete, skill guides, Nutrition guide and Stretching program. Nutrition guide will give you a knowledge that will allow you to set your diet like a professional athlete based on your goal. Exercises included in Stretching program are great to use on rest days and as a cool down after the workout session.
Beginner static skills: archery pull ups, frogstand, L-hang, elbow lever, wall handstand
Beginner dynamic skills: clap pull ups, clap push ups
Intermediate static skills: backlever, L-sit, dragon fly
Intermediate dynamic skills: muscle up, freestyle push ups, jump over the bar 180, jump on the bar

We cannot answer this question as it depends entirely on you. Everyone starts from the different level and some people might progress faster than others. Generally, it takes 1,5 up to 2 weeks to complete one level, so you can use whole program from 8 to 10 months. We suggest following our program as long as you want to progress effectively and become master of your own body!
Whilst you will have an access to all of the training levels available, you should choose a level that you are able to complete with a good form but will remain a challenge for you. Once you complete all of the training days for a given level you are free to move on to the next one. Don’t worry, however, if you find the following level too difficult. Just come back to the previous level and build up more strength before attempting again. Eventually you will make it to the level 20! You will find detailed explanation in Introduction section.
Yes! Every training day is recorded separately presenting the perfect form of each exercise and number of sets and reps. Skills guides are high-quality, detailed videos explaining how to achieve each of them. Videos cover progressions, tips and tricks on how to learn them quickly.
When creating the program, it was important for me that everyone could do it. No equipment needed. All that you need is a pull-up bar, dip-bar and, of course, willingness to change to train hard.
