This depends on your goals. If you want to change your body and learn basic calisthenics skills the Full Body Transformation program is what you need. The program consists of 20 different training levels starting from complete beginner to calisthenics master athlete, skill guides (muscle up, front lever and many more) and also nutrition guide. Nutrition guide has all the necessary information which you need to implement in your diet to achieve your dream body.
Whilst you will have an access to all of the training levels available, you should choose a level that you are able to complete with a good form but will remain a challenge for you. Once you complete all of the training days for a given level you are free to move on to the next one. Don’t worry, however, if you find the following level too difficult. Just come back to the previous level and build up more strength before attempting again. Eventually you will make it to the level 20!
We cannot answer this question as it depends entirely on you. Everyone starts from the different level and some people might progress faster than others. We suggest that you follow our program as long as you want to progress effectively and become master of your own bodyweight!
Yes! Every training day is recorded separately presenting the perfect form of each exercise and number of sets and reps. Skills guides are high-quality, detailed videos explaining how to achieve each of these skills. Videos cover progressions, tips and tricks on how to learn them quickly.
When creating the program, it was important for me that everyone could do it. No equipment needed. All that you need is a pull-up bar, dip-bar and, of course, willingness to change to train hard.
