Friends, the internet… everywhere you went you could only hear that you have to go to the gym, otherwise you cannot build a strong, aesthetic figure … so, I dared and went to the first workout…
In fact, the men who were there, looked very good … they had a broad back, spherical shoulders and a huge chest …
I thought … if they look like this, then I can too and I started regular workouts in the gym …
On the one hand, I was happy because I finally started doing something with my physique … but after three and a half months I started to get tired of it – it just wasn’t my cup of tea …
I didn’t think that this one thing would change my life forever!
I discovered trainings with my own body weight – then it was a total novelty and hardly anyone knew about it … I decided that I would give it a go.
I really liked the idea of having full body control and having skills that can only be achieved with hard work.
It all started at home with basic exercises … At the beginning I couldn’t do a pull up even once.
I set myself small goals, and the progress that I began to notice meant that I did not miss a single training …
After two months, I did my first Muscle Up!
The golden rule I’ve learned over the years is to keep trying no matter what it looks like and if people are watching you, don’t limit yourself! Just do your thing.
I had many ups and downs… but no matter if it was raining or sunny – there was always time for workouts, which I did outside or at home.
After 6 months of regular trainings, I was able to perform basic elements such as the human flag.
The most beautiful thing about training with your own body weight is… that each new skill motivates you to learn the next one and the next one.
What has changed for me in particular, paradoxically, was not the physique. First of all, it was my way of thinking and how I perceived myself.
My relationships with people have definitely improved … and friends and family have wondered how I did it – they were proud of me for my determination.
Without knowledge and self-confidence … I could not even count on the support of my closest ones …
In just one year, I said goodbye to my hated body and started the life I had long dreamed of.
After publishing the video of my 1 Year Body Transformation on my YouTube channel, a lot of people started sending me questions about body weight workouts.
I decided to answer them in the form of a video… and the next one and the next one … over time, inquiries regarding cooperation began to flow in as well.
At first I didn’t want to be a YouTuber or anything like that, nor create workout programs for others… I just didn’t feel like it was for me.
However, I started to help my friends whom I inspired. After a few months, they started looking really good. Then I smiled to myself and remembered how a year ago, I would LOVE to learn this myself.
